Two popular premium brands at Jewel, Changi Airport, Läderach Chocolatier Suisse and L’éclair Pâtiserie have embarked on a collaboration to bring you the best of both worlds.

This year, Swiss Chocolatier, Läderach Chocolatier Suisse spotlights the cocoa beans that goes into each and every one of its artisanal chocolates with a series of collaborations with local patisseries. Harvested from the brand’s own cocoa farms in Trinidad, Ecuador and Ghana, Läderach’s signature 56% dark cocoa blend contains nuances of plums, berries and bananas as you savour each bite.

These flavours are spun into a riot of possibilities by our local patisseries.

First in the series is an exclusive bundle created in collaboration with Singapore’s first éclair specialty brand- L’éclair Pâtiserie. The patisserie has created a limited edition bundle inspired by Läderach’s iconic FrischSchoggi (Swiss German for Fresh Chocolates). The chocolate eclairs in the bundle are crafted with Läderach’s signature dark chocolate droplets.
