ShopBack partners with Bake Inc to introduce the world’s first Christmas Cashback Cake for the festive season. The Christmas Cashback Cake is a reminder for shoppers to get the most bang for their buck on 12.12, which is part of ShopFest, ShopBack’s annual mega shopping festival that runs until 31 December 2020.
Before you bite into the decadent log cake, a surprise awaits. A gentle tug of the tab at the back of the cake will reveal a row of six $2 notes encased in a protective plastic sheet.
Apart from the surprise cash, the log cake is also a delectable treat. The light and fluffy chocolate sponge cake is layered with a rich dark chocolate cream, and dusted with powdered sugar to resemble snow. It is then topped with rich chocolate ganache and delicate chocolate flakes. At the core of the cake lies a milky chocolate swirl. The log cake is also lower in sugar and does not contain preservatives.
The 500g Christmas Cashback Cake costs $58 and can feed 6-8 people. It comes with a set of limited-edition Cashback Troopers plushies, which are characters from ShopBack’s popular in-app game.
Customers can get the log cake via this voucher on the ShopBack mobile app.
Redeem the cake at any one of these outlets:
For every cake order, you will get 1% cashback credited to your ShopBack account, which can be withdrawn into your bank account.
Shoppers who would like to get their hands on the Christmas Cashback Cake should do so fast as there are only 400 log cakes up for grabs.
