Celebrate International Women’s Day at MONTI, Marina Bay and enjoy an exquisite Bottomless Brunch

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the award-winning Tuscan-Italian restaurant on Marina Bay, MONTI unveils an exclusive one-day-only Bottomless Brunch on 8 March 2020 (11 AM – 3 PM).

The luxurious brunch features MONTI’s all-you-can-eat Colapranzo Menu with half of the proceeds to be donated to Singapore’s leading gender equality advocacy group, AWARE.SG. The funds will help with the group’s initiatives such as support services, public education, and research and advocacy.

The Colapranzo Brunch Menu offers a classic array of Italian dishes perfect for any occasion. Guests can whet their appetites with the classic crowd favourites including:

• Burratina & Heirloom Tomatoes and Panzanella di Tonno – fresh red tuna layered on buttery Tuscan bread
• Braised Beef Short Rib – slow-cooked and accompanied by a bold lemon and rosemary gremolata or US Sirloin Steak (200kg) grilled to perfection.
• House-made Tagliatelle – rich Mayura Wagyu Ragout and Ravioli stuffed with Burrata Cheese
• MONTI’s Tiramisu – a perfect blend of pistachio & coffee crumbles, espresso caviar, mascarpone mousse and dark chocolate
• Vanilla Panna Cotta – a contemporary spin of the Italian classic made with yuzu strawberry and vanilla crumbles.

Guests will not be disappointed with cocktails skillfully prepared by two special female guest bartenders, Christyne Lee, Head Bartender of Tess Bar & Kitchen, and Macarena Rotger, The Other Roof’s lady boss.

Christyne Lee is one of the most accomplished female mixologists in Singapore. Her recent achievements include:

• Winner of 2019’s Naked Grouse Cocktail Challenge
• Winner of Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartender Championship (UBC)
• Champion of the Fabbri X WGS Cocktail Competition

Macarena Rotger is the first woman to hold the title of Chief Mixologist title in the history of the Shangri-La hospitality chain. Rotger’s creations are a beautiful blend of traditional and modern influences, always adding a tropical twist to brighten up the tipple.

Christyne will be bartending from 12 PM – 2 PM, while Macarena will be bartending from 1 PM – 3 PM.

Both ladies will use spirit and wine brands that MONTI has partnered with for The Bottomless Liquid Gold, including Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Angra Wine & Spirit Importers and Crystal Wines Pte Ltd.

Aside from the ultimate brunch experience, ladies can take the time to pamper themselves with a ‘quickie manicure’ session by The Nail Social from 1 PM – 3 PM. MONTI’s DJs will also be on deck the whole afternoon providing the entertainment with live tropical house music and top 40s.
