Awarded the ‘Best Steak Restaurant’ by Restaurant Association of Singapore in 2019, the homegrown steakhouse Bedrock Bar & Grill (#bedrocksg) presents Australia’s Little Joe Beef in the latest edition of its well-acclaimed World Meat Series (#WorldMeatSeries).
From now till 31 March 2020, beef connoisseurs can enjoy four dishes, from crowd-pleasers to redefined classics, starring the delectable all-natural grass-fed beef.
The Little Joe beef offers a minimum marble score of AusMeat 4+, a near-impossible feat as grass-fed beef. The South Australian beef’s name was inspired by the terminology used in the game of Craps, where a ‘Little Joe’ – a dice roll of four achieved by throwing two twos – has an unlikely occurrence of only 3%.
Past editions have featured premium meats such as the Brandt Beef as well as TE MANA LAMBTM. First launched in 2017, each edition is carefully curated by Refinery Concepts’ Executive Chef and Founding Chef of Bedrock Bar & Grill Isaac Tan.
