24-hour clinics you can visit for emergencies in Singapore

With the coronavirus spreading not just in China, but also affecting many other parts of the world; it is better to be safe than sorry. If you feel sick, it is therefore advisable to visit a clinic as soon as possible to get checked and ensure that you are virus-free.

According to the Ministry of Health’s Frequently Asked Questions, if you have recently travelled overseas, and are feeling unwell with a fever, or respiratory symptoms (such as cough, runny nose), you should seek medical attention promptly. Wear a mask and call the clinic ahead of your visit, and avoid taking public transport.

Here are 24-hour clinics that are open all day long in case of an emergency. Please take note that the hours are still subject to change, though, so make sure you call them to check their operating hours, as well, just in case.

24-hour clinics offer various services of general medical needs similar to a regular clinic. They only differ in that they are open around the clock. A 24-hour clinic can prove to be a great help if you feel unwell or get unexpected symptoms in the middle of the night, or if you suddenly need medications.

24-hour clinics usually charge more after hours, so the amount that you will need to pay will depend on what time you visit the clinic. Depending on the clinic, you might also be charged extra for certain items.
