This new Grid Mobile feature will allow you to fully utilise your plan without fear of bill shock from excess charges

Grid Mobile launches usage monitoring and new no bill shock features on their price plan. Customers can now track their usage via the Grid Mobile Portal. With this new functionality, customers are now in full control of how they use their service.

Grid Mobile will also enable customers to fully utilise the price plan entitlements of data, SMS and talk time without fear of a bill shock from excess charges.

If customers use up any of the bundle entitlements, they can choose to continue the particular service by purchasing add on packs. For just $24.90 per month, Grid Mobile customers get to enjoy:

  • 40GB data
  • 200 minutes outgoing calls
  • 200 SMS
  • Free unlimited incoming calls
  • Free Caller ID
  • 1 GB of data roaming in Malaysia

New and current Grid Mobile customers can start enjoying these new features from 1 February 2020.

Grid Mobile is available for sign up here.
