[PROMO INSIDE] Don’t miss these Two Spectacular Dragon Dance Performances at Resorts World Sentosa!

For an auspicious beginning to the Year of the Rat, Resorts World Sentosa is bringing back two signature crowd-pleasing dragon dance performances that are bound to delight and excite everyone this festive season.

The ever-popular dragon dances will be making their highly-anticipated return from 11 January to 9 February 2020 at both Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium, promising lots of upbeat fun and spectacular entertainment.

Universal Studios Singapore

Follow The Auspicious Dragon Trail as it makes its way around the park accompanied by up-tempo drum beats. Favourite characters from each themed zone will be dressed in festive outfits. This yearly extravaganza is a must-watch for fans of the different iconic movie franchises featured across the award-winning theme park.

Illumination’s Minions are ready to join guests in celebrating the festivities, too, as Bob shows off his all-new and specially designed rat costume, which will be available for all to see exclusively during this event period. For fans of the iconic and mischievous Minions, this is a rare photo opportunity not to be missed.

During this period, guests who spend a minimum of S$35 in a single receipt at retail outlets will receive a pair of limited-edition Sesame Street Chinese New Year-themed couplets.

Those who purchase their admission tickets online will receive Minion-themed couplets. Annual and Season Passholders can join in on the festivities by redeeming their Minion couplets at the Membership Lounge.

Find out more about the event here.

S.E.A. Aquarium

At S.E.A. Aquarium, visitors will discover a colourful world of Abundance In The Sea and meet eight iconic marine animals commonly associated with wealth, prosperity or even customary Lunar New Year must-haves.

Among them are the mouse grouper with its beautifully striking black spots – named due to its resemblance to the mouse—and the yellow-hued pineapple fish, symbolic of wealth because of its pineapple-like appearance.

The highlight of the event and a perennial favourite every Lunar New Year, the auspicious Underwater Dragon Dance returns to delight guests with its graceful and fluid movements. Joined by 40,000 marine inhabitants in the Open Ocean Habitat, this one-of-a-kind performance will leave onlookers spellbound and in awe.

All guests to the aquarium during the festive event will receive a pair of limited edition S.E.A. Aquarium-themed New Year couplets as a festive keepsake (while stocks last).

Additional information on the event can be found here.

PROMO – Enjoy three attractions for the price of two!

All guests who purchase admission tickets to both Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium in a single transaction will receive a free admission ticket to Adventure Cove Waterpark. This promotion is valid for both online and onsite purchases and will run until 30 June 2020.

Ticket purchases can be made here. Additional terms and conditions apply.
