Singapore’s First MasterChef Zander Ng whips up a modern feast at The Clifford Pier

The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore presents a pop-up collaboration with Singapore’s first MasterChef Zander Ng, fondly known as “Risotto Boy” on MasterChef Singapore, showcasing his innovative culinary creations.

From 8th to 26th January 2019, MasterChef Zander Ng will be serving up reworked Singaporean favourites alongside inspired renditions of Western classics at The Clifford Pier. His menu comprises eight dishes drawing from both East and West, combining rich, diverse flavours.
