Adapting the pop art theme, MUYOO+ is a young Singaporean lifestyle brand bridging the pop art of healthy eating into their bread and beverages. Quickly after their success of their first store MUYOO at Raffles City Shopping Centre, the brand introduces MUYOO+, a game up from their first outlet. This time, better, healthier and heartier. Located at Bedok Mall, the brand introduces food recipes like the Euro soft-rolls.

The soft rolls from the sweet Fresh Fruit Rainbow and Fairy Wand Series will surely make you fall in love and go “Be-dok, Be-dok” ! Be in cloud nine when you pair it with fruit- based beverages topped with the Rose or cheese Cloud.

The pastel coloured Euro soft rolls are filled with fresh seasonal premium fruits like Strawberry, Mango, Green Grapes, Cherry or Peaches together with handmade custard is certainly a home party favourite. The custard cream is light, and it worked well with the soft rolls and sweetness from the fruits. If you prefer something a little salty to balance your taste buds, do go with the Cheese Cloud Green Grapes or something light and fluffy – try the Rose Cloud Ruby watermelon. Getting on to the sugar rush, pair it with drinks like It’s Just Peachy or the Mango Mania.

The brand also includes their rendition of the Dirty Bread, using the same bread making technique and available in three flavours – Chocolate, Strawberry and Matcha. We voted for the Chocolate Dirty Bread as you would bite into the bread, let the chocolate powder stain your face then let the Valrhona chocolate ganache ooze out. Don’t get choke by the powder, but even if you are, fret not as the Dirty Drinks series are here to help. Our friends from MUYOO+ also recommended the following combinations :

  • Matcha Dirty Buns with Dirty Matcha
  • Strawberry Dirty Bun with Grapefruit + Jasmine Fruit Tea

Our favourite is the Crabby bun from the savoury section, shaped like a pincer, it is filled with crabmeat and Italian Cheddar Cheese, topped with curry spice powder. Surely a good tea time snack to spice up a crab-py afternoon.

Another Singaporean flavour would be the Durian Lava. The bread options changes daily, highly depended on the availability of the ingredients.
