Indulge in Two Michelin Star Dining at Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

Dolce Vita welcomes Ireland-born celebrity Chef Kevin Thornton, in conjunction with the annual World Gourmet Summit for a limited time, from 18 to 21 April 2018.

As the first Irish chef to receive two Michelin stars for his eponymous restaurant, be treated to sublime delights showcased in curated set lunch and dinner menus such as the Taylor Pacific oyster withchampagne and herring roe, artisanal Grilled John Stone Irish dried beef fillet topped with black truffle, Ora King organic salmon with barley and more.

A gastronomic experience awaits as Chef Kevin who is also an avid photographer and author of Food for Life translates his passion into plates of fresh and bold creations served in the elegant setting of Dolce Vita. End the journey with a beautifully composed passion fruit, mango, a light refreshing dessert with notes of chilli.
