Focused to serve the best dining experience and food quality to all guests, the restaurant promises that the new brunch will have exemplary culinary delights paired with luxurious champagnes, and live jazz performances to set up the dining mood.

Brasserie Les Saveurs Complete Afternoon Delight

The brunch starts with baked Truffle Bread with French Beurre de la Maison Bordier à Saint-Malo. It will be accompanied with a bouche of Superior Oscietra Caviar with Boiled Egg, Shallot, Sour Cream and Chives. Guests can now select to choose between Fresh Scallop Carpaccio with Piquillo Pepper Jelly and Avruga Pearls, and Confit of Yellowfin Tuna with Crispy Apple and Spicy Tomato Concassé to complete the first serving.

Another selection of presumptuous meal will follow served on an elegant three-tiered silver stand including French Moulard Duck Rillettes, an array of lush salads, succulent seafood, fine cold cuts and more. Half Main Lobster Thermidor with Sautéed Spinach, Mushrooms and Thermidor Sauce, Petite Salade and Lemon Wedges will also be served as an entrée.

After the wonderful set, guests can choose to indulge between from Charolais Beef Striploin with Red Wine glazed Shallot, Pomme Purée and Bordelaise Sauce, to Pacific Cod with Young Spinach, Black Mussels, Pernod and Saffron Emulsion and Dill Oil.

Finally, Brasserie Les Saveurs has laid out a wide selection of delightful desserts and fine artisanal cheese awaits to conclude the perfect afternoon craving.

The St. Regis Champagne Brunch happens every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This comes with a complimentary hour of apéritifs served at Astor Bar from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

For those who love free-flow of wines, beers, and juices, you can enjoy them with this satisfying brunch package for only S$180. For exquisite dining with a flow of ‘R’ de Ruinart Brut NV or Krug Grand Cuvée NV, along with other beverages, you can avail them for only S$195 and S$395 respectively.
