Mussels are available at Morton’s The Steakhouse for their Autumn menu

To satisfy the tastebuds of their large pool or regulars as well as to attract new diners, Morton’s The Steakhouse makes seasonal additions to their menu of American classics frequently, bringing you the best flavours for that limited time period.

Starting October, Morton’s added seven dishes, from a mussels appertiser to chocolate layer cake and of course, special seasonal steaks.

For vegetarian and healthy eaters, there is a colourful Beet & Goat Cheese Salad (S$26++) — red and golden beetroot, candied walnuts and goat cheese served atop a bed of baby greens tossed in a honey-balsamic vinaigrette.

Bringing a new genre of seafood to the Morton’s menu are the Moules Marinières (S$47++), a steamy dish of mussels prepared in a white wine broth. Guests will enjoy soaking up the delicious juices with hunks of Morton’s complimentary Onion Bread Loaf and can enjoy this plentiful dish solo, or as a shared item at the beginning of a meal.

10oz American Wagyu New York Strip (S$138++)
14oz Bone-in Filet Mignon (S$138++)

A tender 10oz American Wagyu New York Strip (S$138++) joins Morton’s renowned repertoire of world class steaks alongside a substantial 14oz Bone-in Filet Mignon (S$138++). Highly prized for its exceptional marbling, the new Wagyu offering is an ideal choice for those seeking distinguished flavour, whilst the Filet Mignon is a premium choice for steak lovers in search of the unparalleled tenderness.

Making the most of autumnal tubers, Maple Glazed Sweet Potato Fries (S$24++) celebrate the all-American maple flavour, and are a wonderful accompaniment to any Morton’s main. The decadent Truffle Cauliflower Mash (S$28++) is a comforting seasonal upgrade on the much loved Parmesan and Truffle Matchstick Fries (S$24++) and boasts incredible aroma and flavour – a wonderful partner for a classic steak entrée.

Last but not least, the new Morton’s Chocolate Layer Cake (S$24++) is a sinful indulgent to end the meal. Boasting an impressive four layers, this dessert is perfect for sharing.
