In a move bound to bring much delight to its jet-setting loyalty members, ION Orchard is launching its first multi-city shopping collaboration with the most popular shopping malls in Bangkok and Seoul.
This alliance sees ION Orchard partnering top malls in Bangkok – Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and Siam Centre in Bangkok; as well as popular Korean department store, Shinsegae’s Main Store in Seoul, offering a range of exciting deals and exclusive gifts for mall members.
Multi-city regional collaboration
The alliance programme has since started from 1 April, marking yet another milestone in ION Orchard’s ongoing initiatives to rewards and show appreciation for its members. This two-way partnership also seeks to cater to tourists from partner malls visiting ION Orchard with exclusive deals for them.
From welcome gift and shopping vouchers to access to the VIP lounges, there is an endless array of special privileges for loyalty members from partner-malls. Talk about living it up even while overseas.
ION Members’ rewards
Beginning 1 April, all ION Orchard members from ION+ Rewards, IONPRIVI/The 100 can look forward to receiving special perks and privileges when shopping in Bangkok at Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and Siam Centre.
These include a welcome gift and shopping vouchers, up to 70% store discounts, special hotel room rates at Siam Kempinski Hotel and Vie Hotel as well as access to the VIP lounges at the partner malls.
As a two-way partnership, members of partner malls in Bangkok and Seoul will also enjoy exclusive deals when they visit ION Orchard. Members will receive a tourist wallet which offers special deals across the mall’s various stores, a welcome gift, limousine voucher (with S$5,000 spend) and an invitation to join the signature ION Orchard Food and Heritage Trail along with a S$5 voucher.
Top-tier members will also have access to the luxurious ION Suite, an exclusive in-mall lounge with massage chair, food and drinks and personal concierge services.

ION Orchard Food and Heritage Trail
Available daily from Monday to Friday, the ION Orchard Food and Heritage Trail is a unique tour for tourists to learn more about the history of Singapore, through the various sights, smells and tastes ION Orchard has to offer.
Guests can also savour bites steeped in heritage by well-loved local brands such as bite-sized kuehs from Bengawan Solo, tasty barbequed pork ‘Ba-Kwa’ from Lim Chee Guan and Ya Kun Kaya Toast, as well as a plethora of flavours at Food Opera.
Besides, they can also learn about the history of Orchard Road and enjoy a bird’s eye view of iconic heritage districts from ION Sky, the tallest point in Orchard road.
