Median house in SG costs around 1m and what luxury homes you can buy in other Southeast Asian cities at the same price

You may not know this but the median price for all residential properties in Singapore now stands at S$1,032,500.

According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), that was the official figure obtained from transactions occurring between January and March this year.
