In honour of the continuing partnership with Renault Sport Formula One Team, Bell & Ross – the team’s watch partner – has unveiled the new BR03-94 RS17. The timepiece will be part of a trilogy launching later this year at BaselWorld.
On 21 February 2017, the highly prestigious Renault Sport Formula One Team hosted a press conference event to launch the new R.S.17 racing car at London’s Royal Horticultural Halls.
In line with the high-key debut of the new racing car, Bell & Ross CEO & Co-founder, Carlos-A. Rosillo also took the opportunity to introduce guests to the new BR03-94 RS1.
Where time and racing meet
Bell & Ross marked its first foray into the international race circuit after becoming the official watch partner of the Renault Sport Formula One Team in February 2016. The team has become a source of limitless inspiration and continuous motivation for Bell & Ross.
Drawn by common qualities – extreme performance, speed and mechanical accuracy – in both the watchmaking and racing fields, Bell & Ross seeks to integrate the best of motor racing, the king of sports: technology, mechanical expertise and materials.
Designed like an F1 engine
The design, inspired by Formula 1, brings together the latest technological advances and the most innovative materials used in the racing world. The immaculate design of this new timepiece BR03-94 RS17 features a ceramic case designed to withstand shock, and a sporty carbon fiber dial that makes it exceptionally well suited to the motor racing world.
The chronograph information features yellow anodized aluminum – the iconic color used by Renault since they first entered Formula 1. This series of high-performance watches will be revealed in a few weeks time at Basel.
The origins of Bell & Ross
