I tested out the bluetooth BlueAnt Pump 2 Wireless Sportbuds which retail at S$149. The battery life per charge is 8 hours and can last me a whole week without charging for my daily 30 minutes exercises. Audio is clear and crisp, even when wet. The buds fit well into my ears, with a sweat-proof and water-proof exterior.
It’s really great value for money at this price point. A similar pair of earphones from other bigger brands of the same quality will cost at least twice of the Pump 2’s price.
My only complain is that it is a little on the heavy side and those who intend to use it for daily wear may find it chunky in design. For me, I only use it when I am exercising so it works fine. Plus it’s really sturdy. I can chuck it around, drop it while exercising and the Pump 2 can weather it all.
