Do you have a story to tell? Or rather, more specifically, do you have a food story to tell?
As part of this year’s Singapore Food Festival (SFF), Singaporeans are invited to tell their food stories through the “What is Your Family’s Signature Dish” social media initiative. Be it your family recipes, culinary traditions or unique restaurants you have visited in Singapore, the SFF 2015 wants you to share your stories.
You can do it as a blog post, photographs or videos. This is the first time the festival organiser has come up with such an initiative.
Share your colourful kitchen stories and unique family dishes on social media with the hashtags #SFF2015, #myfamilyssignaturedish, #YourSingaporeFood, and you may get to walk away with Singapore Food Festival event tickets and F&B vouchers.
This year’s SFF 2015 is a special edition in celebration of SG50. Themed “A Fresh Taste of Tradition”, SFF2015 will honour generations of food heritage by flavours from the past and reinterpreting culinary traditions that will push the envelope of Singapore’s dining scene. The 17-day festival will take place in various locations around Singapore from 17 July to 2 August 2015. For more information on SFF 2015, visit www.singaporefoodfestival.com.
