Egg Benedict fanatic like you, witnessing at the live Egg Station will definitely not be able to resist UNA’s signature Egg Benedict & Spanish Baked Eggs. Expect huge communal servings of UNA’s signature Seafood and Chicken Paella at the Paella Station, while the Tapas Station serves up delectable plates of Salt Cod Fritters, Croquetta and Grilled Octopus to name a few. Another of UNA’s favorites are the succulent Pluma Iberica, Pinchos Morunos and a spread of fresh oysters, prawns, clams at the Seafood Station.

With its pop-up World Beer Series Bar on its entrance patio, you can pair your happiness with a wide range of booze and refreshing drinks to quench your thirst and your brunch is complete. Ice cold beers and ciders at S$10 nett per drink on weekdays from 5pm-8pm.

The wine market will feature tastings of exquisite wines and sherries. And if you do appreciate Sherry, there will be a workshop for you to pick up the steps of making a creative flair and innovative Sangria.
