Is this for real?
I got an email from Linkedin saying they have hit 200 million members and that I am among the top 1% most viewed LinkedIn profiles for 2012:
Interesting, considering I do not regularly update my LinkedIn account or post anything on it compared to my blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or other social media accounts.
I do not even have a paid LinkedIn Pro account…
Maybe it is just a scam to rub people’s ego and get them to share this news all over like yours truly. 😛

I got the same email, but when I googled, I think it is not real. I think it is just another LinkedIn marketing strategy.
I think it is legit. Just that top 1% of 20 million is actually 200k. That's a lot of people... lol
Before you go and get too excited I think you should read this Alvin: http://jeffzelaya.com/2013/02/12/linkedin-top-10-percent-marketing-scheme/
It might be "Legit" but is it really a significant accomplishment is soo many people got it? Some admitted to rarely using LinkedIn and saying their profile stinks.
