The promotion ends 7 Jun (today)!
Rachel and I happened to chance upon this new revolving sushi chain from Taiwan while shopping in the City Hall area on Sunday.
Sushi Express (爭鮮迴轉壽司) may be a newcomer in the Singapore Japanese restaurant scene, but they are no rookie, operating 254 restaurants throughout Asia, with 100 restaurants in Taiwan alone.
You can find out more about Sushi Express via its official website:
“爭鮮” the Chinese name for “Sushi Express” is a play on words, meaning “vying for freshness” and which sounds like the phrase “truly fresh,” underscoring the company’s insistence on providing the freshest, healthiest, tastiest, safest, and heartiest food possible. The Sushi Group’s brand name, therefore, stands for “quality at affordable prices.”
Rachel and I ate 13 plates of sushi/sashimi in total and paid only $15.30 for the bill, inclusive of GST, service charge and free flow hot green tea! Shiok!
When the price is adjusted back to normal after today, each plate will cost $1.80. Still extremely reasonable for fresh, tasty sushi. 🙂
