Well, it seems like VR-10 has acquired a new friend lately – his name, E-Pet!
I spotted this poster a few days ago at a MRT station. Another strange green cartoon creature that is advertising an unknown product, but yet, pretending to be as if it’s your best friend.
After a check on the official E-Pet website, it’s apparently a mascot to promote Singaporean students to take up engineering at the local polytechnics. I wonder if the same agency created both E-Pet and VR-1o.
Although I am not in the target age group, I am highly sceptical E-Pet is going to endear youths to engineering… What do you think?
