Haato (Liang Court)

Good stuff!

Long before gelato was all the rage among ice cream lovers in Singapore, there was Gelato di Crema located in the Medi-ya Supermarket at the basement level of Liang Court Shopping Centre.

It was my favourite ice cream joint since when I was a student. I was particularly fond of their Green Tea with Red Bean flavour (Green Tea was still a novelty flavour then) and other traditional Japanese flavours.

Gelato di Crema is now renamed Haato. The same flavours are retained and the gelato continues to be free from artificial colouring and preservatives.
