A reader emailed me about this Singapore online adult store, U4ria (NSFW) which sells sex toys targeted at the local market. U4ria also has a sister online store (NSFW) that sells kinky female lingerie. Their physical store is located at Peninsular Plaza. They also have another branch in Geylang (for obvious reason); and two more branches in Midpoint Orchard.
I briefly scanned through the website and can’t help but wonder who buys such ridiculous stuff like “Vibrating Diva Pleasure”, “Vibrating Lipstick” (a bestseller according to U4ria), “Hollow Strap-on Dildo” and “Magic Stamina Spray”, just to name a few.
In order for U4ria to operate four branches in Singapore, excluding their online stores, there must be a sizable demand for such products.
Singaporeans appear conservative on the outside, but in the private confines of their home, it’s a different story altogether. 🙂
