A guy called AdrianDeathia recorded this video of a scuttle between an angry man and a CISCO officer in a local polyclinic. No prize for guessing who emerge victorious in the end. Even though CISCO officers are not real policemen, they are well-trained security personnels too. Better don’t play punk with them. Watch and learn.
