Written, directed and produced by Jacen Tan of Hosaywood Studio. I know this short film is a bit old… but since I am going for reservist tomorrow, I thought it will be cool to leave everyone thinking about the topic of National Service (NS) again. Women can never understand the bitter sweet experience of NS.
Yes, it sucks.
However, yes too… I made some good friends and the experience is unique.
Then again, reservist is an entirely different thing altogether. There’s no ‘bitter-sweet’ feeling here – just pure hatred as I find it very disruptive to a guy’s work, career and personal routines.
Already served my two and a half years due lor… still keep calling me back every now and then to go back waste time… sigh.
Anyway, enjoy the short film – I will be back again a week later. 🙂
