Last Saturday (31 March), MasterCard launched their “Priceless Surprises” campaign in Singapore by giving unexpected surprises to shoppers who used their MasterCard card during the Great Singapore Sale (GSS). A flash mob grooving to hit tunes from Grease, a personal magic show and a pop up coffee break were some of the surprises that burst forth from the Priceless Surprises Machine at Raffles City along with a host of great prizes:

When shopping with their MasterCard card this Great Singapore Sale, we are able to give cardholders not only great rewards and benefits but also attractive prizes and surprises that are unique and meaningful,” said Debbie Goldingham, head, Marketing, South East Asia, MasterCard.
I was at Raffles City shopping on Saturday and managed to catch some of the actions. Armed with my Mastercard GSS shopping receipts, I even got to try my luck on the MasterCard Priceless Surprises Machine myself:

For the 11th year running, MasterCard is the Official Card of the GSS, and from 30 May to 27 July 2014, shoppers can expect Priceless Surprises around every corner with MasterCard. There are 7,000 prizes and more lined up at the Priceless Surprises Machine, including MasterCard prepaid cards, attractive shopping vouchers, local attractions and show tickets, and even a chance to catch Justin Timberlake live in Sydney!
The Priceless Surprises Machine was located at Raffles City from 31 May to 1 June 2014, 2pm to 4pm. It will also be set up at other locations during the Great Singapore Sale. Shoppers get one chance a day during the weekend events to win prizes and get surprises, just by presenting three MasterCard charge slips worth at least S$20 each at the Priceless Surprises Machine.
