(“The Contest”). Organised by Fossil Group Pte Ltd (“The Company”) and SG BusLeh (“The App”).

The Contest is as defined below, where you stand a chance to win one of four (4) MISFIT RAY Fitness + Sleep Trackers, model as follow: MISFIT Sport band Rose Gold – S500BM0RZ, MISFIT Sport band Carbon Black – S503BM0BZ, MISFIT Sport band Carbon Black – S503BM0BZ and MISFIT Sport band Blue-MIS1001.

There will be only 1 contest where four (4) winners will be picked from all eligible submissions.

Winners will be contacted directly through direct message via the platform they submitted their entries by 20 November 2016.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully if you are interested in participating, as your participation will be subject to and governed by them.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    1. The Contest is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents residing in Singapore.
    2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Fossil Group Pte. Ltd and subsidiaries, their advertising and design agencies, distributors and promotional partners are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
  2. DETAILS OF THE CONTEST
    1. The qualifying period for this Contest is: 1 October 2016 to 31 October 2016 both dates inclusive.
    2. All entries for the Contest are to be made as follows:
      1. Posted on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Photo posted must be a authentic screenshot of a MISFIT RAY spotted in the SG BUSLEH android application. Entry must be tagged with #SGBusLeh #MISFIT and posted on the participant’s profile. Published post must be set to Public.
  3. WINNERS’ SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
    1. The qualifying period for the contest is 1 October 2016 to 31 October 2016 both dates inclusive. Entries will be consolidated and the winner(s) will be selected at the end of the contest.
    2. All winners will be picked at random.
    3. The winner(s) will be notified by 20 November 2016 for the contest with a direct message on the platform they submitted their entries. Winners will also be announced on http://fb.com/sgbusleh.
    4. The winner has to provide their Name as per NRIC, NRIC No., Handphone No., and email upon notification. The winner(s) must respond with their full details at most 14 days after being notified, failing which will result in the forfeiture of the prize(s) and a new winner(s) will be chosen to claim the prize.
    5. The company reserves the right to publish any materials and winners’ details as the company deems fit.
  4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE ENTIRE CONTEST
    1. The Company reserves the right to remove disqualified entries.
    2. Personal data of participants will be collected as the company deems fit. The company shall reserve the names and particulars of the participants for the contest usage only.
    3. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the selection process shall be final and binding. The Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Contest
    4. The Company reserves the right to disclose, publish and/or use the name and any other particulars of the participants (including any still photography or videography or recordings in other media/formats of the winners’ appearance, likeness, poses, voice or statements) for promotional, publicity and other purposes in connection with the Contest as the Company deems fit. Each participant irrevocably and unconditionally consents to such disclosure, publication and/or usage, and agrees to co-operate with the Company and participate in the activities organized by the Company for aforesaid purposes.
    5. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Contest at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
    6. The Company, its related corporations and/or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Contest, including without limitation, error in computing, any computer system or equipment breakdown, electronic malfunction or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
    7. The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to exclude/disqualify any person from participating in the Contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
    8. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as it deems fit.
  5. PRIZES
    1. Details of the prizes are four (4) MISFIT RAY Fitness Trackers, model MISFIT Sport band Rose Gold – S500BM0RZ, MISFIT Sport band Carbon Black – S503BM0BZ, MISFIT Sport band Carbon Black – S503BM0BZ and MISFIT Sport band Blue-MIS1001.
    2. The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify, exchange or substitute any prize or any term or particulars of any prize (including brand, type, model, flights, accommodation and duration) without liability to furnish any reason and/or notice to any person.
    3. All prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services may at its/their sole and absolute discretion impose. The winners agree to abide by those terms and conditions.
    4. The Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services shall determine the color, style, any fittings, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the prizes, as appropriate. The winners shall accept a prize “as is” and the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the winners to change any aspect of the prize. The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes awarded in the Contest, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage to any person resulting or arising from any prize or the use of it.
    5. The winner(s) must respond with their full details within 14 days upon notification, failing which will result in the forfeit of the prize and a new winner will be chosen to claim the prize. Upon receiving each winner’s reply, Fossil Group will inform each winner individually on the details of the prize collection.
    6. In the event that the Prize is not successfully collected by the winners within 10 working days upon notification, the prize will be forfeited, regrettably.
    7. The winner who has a Prize forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt by him/her of any notification.
  6. AMENDMENTS
    The Company reserves the right to vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion without notice or liability to the participants of the Contest or any other person.
  7. DECISION OF COMPANY FINAL
    The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest or the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions and the selection of winners shall be final and binding on all participants. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  8. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
    A person who is not a participant or a party to the Contest has no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
  9. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
