Muse, a personal AI agent designed to help users manage everyday tasks, is now available in Singapore on iOS, Android and its website, muse.ai. The service connects with selected apps and platforms to assist with tasks such as managing emails, coordinating schedules, comparing product prices and planning travel.

Users can connect Muse to services they already use, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Instagram. These integrations allow the AI agent to work with emails, calendar events and saved content to help organise information and complete everyday tasks.
Muse has also announced a range of early local connector partners in Singapore, spanning shopping, food, travel and lifestyle services. They include Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, ShopBack, Klook, Trip.com and Lazada. Connector features will be introduced progressively, with some experiences becoming available after the initial launch.
Through these integrations, users can ask Muse to research products and compare prices before making purchases on Shopee or Lazada. They can also plan grocery shopping and dining through GrabMart and Grab Dine Out, explore travel and ticketing options through Singapore Airlines, Agoda, Klook and Trip.com, and access cashback opportunities for travel and shopping, as well as in store dining deals through ShopBack.
The integrations are intended to reduce the need to switch between different apps when completing tasks. Instead, users can give Muse a request and allow it to help gather information, organise options and carry out supported actions across connected services.
Security is a key part of the platform’s design. Muse runs on Muse Secure VM, a dedicated computer environment in the cloud that stores data and credentials for connected services. According to the company, the system is designed to keep passwords and payment methods out of the AI agent’s view.
Users retain control over which services Muse can access, and the agent checks with them before carrying out sensitive actions, including sending emails or making purchases. The safeguards are intended to give users greater control over how the agent interacts with their accounts and personal information.
Muse is available in Singapore through the iOS and Android apps and at muse.ai. The company also says the service is coming soon to AI glasses, extending its availability beyond smartphones and the web.
The service is free for most everyday needs, with subscription plans available for users who want access to additional capabilities. With its expanding range of connectors, Muse aims to help Singapore users bring shopping, travel planning, communication and other routine activities into a more integrated AI assisted workflow.
