CÉ LA VI Singapore Celebrates 16 Years With a New Modern Asian Menu, Rooftop Music and Rosé Brunch

CÉ LA VI Singapore will celebrate its 16th anniversary throughout November 2026 with a refreshed Modern Asian menu, special rooftop events, music sessions and a rosé themed brunch overlooking Marina Bay.

Located atop Marina Bay Sands, the rooftop destination will mark the milestone with a month-long programme that brings together dining, cocktails and entertainment. The celebrations include a special edition of its Ladies Night Wednesday, the launch of Sky Bar Sessions on Fridays and a weekend brunch presented in collaboration with Whispering Angel.

Since opening in 2010, CÉ LA VI Singapore has grown into one of the city’s recognised rooftop destinations, offering three main experiences: a restaurant focused on Modern Asian cuisine, an open-air Sky Bar for drinks and sunset views, and a Club Lounge featuring regional and international music acts.

The brand has since expanded beyond Singapore to Taipei, Tokyo, Dubai and London, with Miami planned as its next destination. Its Singapore venue underwent a significant revamp in 2025, and the anniversary celebrations will build on its core offerings for both returning guests and a new generation of visitors.

Food takes centre stage with a refreshed Modern Asian menu curated by Executive Chef Joshua Bedell. Featuring 13 new dishes, the menu draws inspiration from familiar Asian flavours while presenting them through a contemporary approach that highlights the quality and character of individual ingredients.

Diners can look forward to dishes such as Ama Ebi Ceviche and Tiger Prawn, which offer fresh and sweet tangy flavours, alongside the smoky richness of Claypot Rice and Iberico Pork Chop. The new selection continues CÉ LA VI’s focus on combining influences from across Asia with contemporary culinary techniques.

The anniversary programme will also introduce new weekly experiences at the rooftop venue. On Wednesday, 11 November 2026, the venue’s Ladies Night will take on a red themed makeover with an event titled Lady in Red. Starting at 10pm, the evening will feature a special Red Anniversary Cocktail, roving dancers dressed in red and a surprise for female guests.

Admission to Lady in Red will be complimentary, with guests encouraged to dress according to the theme for a chance to win best dressed prizes. The organisers have not yet specified the prizes.

For Friday evenings, Sky Bar Sessions will introduce a recurring series featuring soulful house music and rooftop grooves by local music selectors. The first session on 6 November will feature Brendon P and Max Verrier, with the programme designed to accompany the transition from sunset into the night.

The series will also feature monthly guest shifts by World Class bartenders, bringing international cocktail concepts and new drinks to the Sky Bar.

Rounding off the celebrations is A Touch of Rosé, a special edition of CÉ LA VI’s weekend brunch co presented by Whispering Angel on Saturday, 14 November 2026. Set against views of Marina Bay, the event will bring a rosé themed twist to the venue’s signature brunch experience.

With its combination of new dishes, themed parties, rooftop music and special dining experiences, CÉ LA VI Singapore’s 16th anniversary programme will run throughout November 2026, giving guests multiple opportunities to celebrate the venue’s place in Singapore’s rooftop dining and entertainment scene.
