StarHub is pairing the latest iPhone with its enhanced 5G+ network as part of a new range of device and mobile plan offers, giving customers more ways to upgrade while accessing faster connectivity.
Under the new offers, selected Unlimited+ plans can allow monthly DeviceDollars to fully offset device instalments, effectively bringing the new iPhone to $0 for eligible customers. Customers can also opt for 0% interest instalments, receive an additional $200 trade in bonus on top of their existing device trade in value, and enjoy up to $350 in additional savings when taking up new lines or porting in from another operator.
The launch promotions also include up to 50% off selected accessories and $50 off an Apple Watch Series 12 bundle.
StarHub is positioning its 5G+ network as a companion to the latest iPhone, with the network offering up to four times faster speeds indoors and underground compared with its previous network experience. This is intended to support smoother AI powered features, high-definition streaming, cloud gaming and everyday connectivity in areas that can be more difficult to reach, including basements and car parks.
Customers planning their next upgrade can also sign up for SmartSupport, which offers a guaranteed trade in value of 50% or more when upgrading to a new iPhone in 2027. Customers who pre order an iPhone will receive one complimentary month of SmartSupport, worth $14.26.
In store trade ins are available at StarHub outlets at Paragon, NEX, Jurong Point, Tampines Mall and Causeway Point. At Tampines Mall, customers can also use StarHub’s secure, hands free Data Transfer Locker to transfer content from their existing device to their new one.
The new iPhone offers are being introduced alongside StarHub’s recently launched 5G+ plans. Customers can receive 50% off Unlimited+ Max and Platinum Plans for six months, together with global roaming data, unlimited calls and SMS across 165 destinations. Eligible customers will also receive a complimentary 12-month HBO Max subscription worth $173.
Pre orders for the latest iPhone will open online from 12 September 2026 at 8pm.
Retail sales will begin from 18 September 2026 at all StarHub shops. Selected outlets will open earlier at 8am on launch day, followed by 9am opening times over the next two days.
