Billed as Singapore’s largest fiesta of Spanish gastronomy, ESDS 2026 brings together more than 40 local importers, distributors, restaurants and retailers to showcase Spanish gourmet foods, wines and culinary traditions. Participating venues range from restaurants and grocers to familiar local brands, giving diners and food enthusiasts opportunities to discover different aspects of Spanish cuisine.

The campaign will also celebrate the conferment of the Restaurants from Spain (RFS) certification on 15 restaurants and the Colmados from Spain (CFS) certification on two grocers in Singapore. The certifications recognise establishments that meet quality standards for authentic Spanish cuisine and products. RFS certification is renewed every two years and includes specialised training in Spanish gastronomy and wines, while CFS focuses on food and wine stores that offer authentic products from Spain.

ESDS 2026 features 23 registered food and beverage partners from Spain and Singapore.
