CapitaLand’s Live It Up! Returns with 17 Days of Wellness, Fitness and Community Activities Across Its Malls

CapitaLand is bringing back its signature wellness and community festival, Live It Up!, with an expanded programme of fitness, mindfulness and lifestyle activities designed to encourage healthier living and stronger community connections across Singapore.

Running now until 21 June, the 17-day festival transforms more than 30 CapitaLand malls and workspace properties into vibrant destinations for movement, learning and well-being. Featuring a diverse range of experiences suitable for different interests, ages and fitness levels, Live It Up! aims to make wellness more accessible while creating opportunities for people to connect and recharge.

This year’s edition is supported by a variety of brands and partners including Fitness First and HOKA, adding even more energy to the festival through sports, fitness and community engagement activities. Visitors can also enjoy exclusive eDeals and promotions from participating health, wellness and athleisure brands throughout the campaign period.

Among the highlights is the Keep SG Clean Roving Exhibition, which will be held at Tampines Mall from 8 to 14 June before moving to Lot One from 15 to 21 June. Organised in conjunction with the Public Hygiene Council’s 15th anniversary, the exhibition features interactive CleanPods, tabletop games and mascot appearances while promoting this year’s “Keep Singapore Clean – We All Have A Hand In It!” campaign message.

Sports enthusiasts can head to Kallang Wave Mall for the Summer Sports Spectacular, running until 14 June. The football themed experience features seven interactive zones designed to challenge participants’ speed, precision and skills, while shoppers can also enjoy dining rewards and spend based eCapitaVoucher promotions.

Families are also catered for through the National Family Festival 2026 activities at Lot One and Sengkang Grand Mall. Visitors can look forward to game booths, arts and crafts stations, parenting workshops and exclusive giveaways while enjoying quality family time together.

For running enthusiasts, HOKA Run Club Singapore will host community runs at Raffles City Singapore on 13 and 24 June. Participants can join guided runs led by experienced coaches and run leaders, test footwear and connect with fellow runners in a welcoming environment suitable for all levels.

Those looking to stay active while exploring the neighbourhood can take part in the Brisk Walk Quest @ Whampoa, which runs until 21 June. The self-guided activity encourages participants to visit wellness spaces, fitness corners and checkpoints including Aperia Mall while completing challenges and earning rewards.

Fitness First is also offering a series of specialised workout sessions across selected CapitaLand properties. These include Boom, a boxing inspired endurance workout at SingPost Centre on 11 June; Nak Muay, a Muay Thai based fitness session also at SingPost Centre on the same day; HYROX Foundational at Bugis Junction on 15 June for those interested in functional fitness training; and Gentle Flow Yoga at Westgate on 16 June, designed for beginners and those revisiting the fundamentals of yoga practice.

Beyond the activities, shoppers can enjoy wellness themed promotions from participating retailers. HYSSES is offering discounts on selected home scents, face care products and essential oils across several malls, while Beijing 101 is promoting its Tri Action Scalp Revival treatment package at Bedok Mall and Funan. H2 Hub Timepiece at Bedok Mall is offering 25 per cent off FILA Smartwatches to support everyday fitness tracking and health monitoring.

Dining and lifestyle deals are also available throughout the festival. Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine is offering a complimentary Jumbo Lemon Tea with a minimum spend of $60, while Brompton Junction at Funan is giving customers 20 per cent savings on selected parts and accessories. Bluebird Travel will also offer Mini Egg Rolls as a lighter snacking option that supports mindful eating and portion control.
