Lady M has officially reopened in Singapore with a brand-new boutique at Jewel Changi Airport, marking its return with a refreshed store concept, expanded menu and new dining experience.
The reopening introduces a warmer, more welcoming direction for the brand globally, moving towards a space that feels more relaxed and conversational. The 44-seat boutique retains Lady M’s signature blue tones, but with softer interiors designed for customers to linger and enjoy their desserts in a more casual setting.
Alongside its well-loved Mille Crêpes, the menu has been expanded for the Singapore market. New additions include sponge cakes, tarts, crepe biscuits and savoury soups, offering a wider selection beyond its signature desserts.
Several new cake flavours are also being introduced. The Strawberry Blossom Mille Crêpes features light floral notes paired with fresh strawberry sweetness for a clean, delicate profile.
The Taro Mochi Cream Cake comes with a richer, earthier taro flavour, layered with soft cream and chewy mochi bits for added texture.
The Pistachio Cake brings a nutty, slightly roasted flavour that is smooth and rich without being overly sweet, making it a good option for those who prefer something more subtle but still indulgent.
A new highlight is the Taro Matcha Latte. It combines earthy taro with slightly bitter matcha for a balanced flavour profile that is creamy yet not overly heavy, with the matcha helping to cut through the richness. It is also visually striking, making it an interesting and aesthetically pleasing addition to the menu, especially for those who enjoy both flavour and presentation in their dessert picks.
Other menu items include sponge cakes that are soft and airy with a light sweetness, tarts with a buttery crisp base and smooth fillings, and crepe biscuits packaged in pretty gift-ready boxes, making them a simple yet thoughtful option for gifting. The Berry Tart stands out in the lineup, topped generously with fresh, vibrant berries sitting over a rich base that balances sweetness with a slight tartness.
Savoury soups are also available, offering a warm option for guests who prefer something less sweet.
This reopening is part of Lady M’s wider expansion in Singapore. The brand is set to open two more outlets by June 2026 at IOI Central Boulevard Towers and Marina Bay Link Mall, alongside a six-month pop-up at Velocity @ Novena Square launching on 24 April 2026, featuring selected cakes for takeaway.
