Savoury offerings complement the pastries, featuring Foie Gras Sandwich, Lobster Cannolo with Wasabi Mayonnaise, and Truffle Egg Mayonnaise & Asparagus Mimosa Tart. Afternoon Tea is priced at $65 with a glass of Copenhagen sparkling tea, or $95 with R de Ruinart Brut champagne.

The cake combines sea salt caramel, popcorn mousse, and cornflakes coustillant, finished with a purple coating in honour of International Women’s Day.
