This International Women’s Day, The St. Regis Singapore is honouring women with a thoughtfully curated series of limited-time experiences across the property, showcasing the artistry of female leaders in culinary and mixology. From spring-inspired afternoon teas to celebratory brunches and exclusive bar guest shifts, the hotel invites guests to enjoy a sophisticated celebration of flavour, creativity, and craftsmanship.
From 4 March to 17 May 2026, The Tea Room will feature a Spring-inspired Afternoon Tea in collaboration with acclaimed Hong Kong pastry chef Mandy Siu. Known for her work at Michelin-starred establishments and as the founder of Finesse Patisserie, Chef Mandy brings a refined French pastry sensibility to The St. Regis Singapore, partnering with Executive Pastry Chef Ng Chee Leong to present an assortment of citrus-forward sweets and delicate pastries.

Savoury offerings complement the pastries, featuring Foie Gras Sandwich, Lobster Cannolo with Wasabi Mayonnaise, and Truffle Egg Mayonnaise & Asparagus Mimosa Tart. Afternoon Tea is priced at $65 with a glass of Copenhagen sparkling tea, or $95 with R de Ruinart Brut champagne.
Additionally, Chef Mandy’s signature Caramel Corn Cake, inspired by childhood popcorn memories, will be available at the Patisserie in single-serve ($11) and 1 kg ($89) formats. The cake combines sea salt caramel, popcorn mousse, and cornflakes coustillant, finished with a purple coating in honour of International Women’s Day.
On 8 March, Sophia, the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant, will host a celebratory Sunday Brunch. Guests can enjoy live music, a mozzarella bar, fresh pastas, artisanal cheeses, and a roving tiramisu cart. Culinary highlights include Guazetto Siciliano (clams, mussels, tomato conassé), Truffled Polenta Concia, and Prosciutto di Ricciola (cured amberjack with orange, shaved fennel, and arugula).
On the evening of 8 March at 8 PM, The St. Regis Bar will welcome Pia Zhu, Senior Bartender of COA Shanghai, for a special International Women’s Day Guest Shift. Pia, recognized as a rising female talent in the global bar scene, won the Greater China Championship of The Wonderful Race in 2025 by Woodford Reserve.
