ASUS has unveiled the ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13), a limited-edition 13-inch convertible laptop designed for creators who demand professional-grade performance on the go. Born from a collaboration with GoPro, the PX13 combines rugged aesthetics, AI-powered processing, and seamless 360° video workflow integration, all in a portable, field-ready package.
The ProArt GoPro Edition PX13 features a 360° any-position hinge, allowing it to function as a laptop, tablet, or tent display. Its Black Metal finish, GoPro-inspired detailing, and matching protective sleeve reflect a rugged yet professional design ethos suitable for creators in diverse environments.
The packaging itself is designed with GoPro creators in mind: cushioned foam is pre-cut into cubes, which can be removed to safely store creative gear or used as a reusable equipment organizer. This thoughtful design merges style with workflow efficiency, making the PX13 more than just a laptop, it’s part of an integrated creative toolkit.
Tested to MIL-STD-810H military durability standards, the PX13 combines lightness and resilience, ensuring it withstands vibration, dust, and temperature fluctuations during travel or outdoor shoots.
The PX13 introduces StoryCube, the first Windows app with integrated GoPro Cloud access and 360° video support. Alongside a dedicated GoPro Hotkey, StoryCube automates file transfer, tagging, and sorting via AI recognition, allowing creators to focus on production rather than file management.
One tap on the GoPro Hotkey launches GoPro Player, optimising 360° footage editing and synchronising content from multiple GoPro devices. PX13 users also receive a 12-month GoPro Premium+ subscription, providing unlimited cloud storage for a streamlined capture-to-edit workflow.
At the heart of the PX13 is the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 Processor, featuring a 50 TOPs NPU for real-time AI acceleration. The laptop’s 128GB LPDDR5X memory at 8000MHz ensures smooth handling of demanding creative tasks, from high-resolution video editing to generative content processing.
AI-driven enhancements occur locally, reducing cloud dependency and providing consistent performance for mobile production. Integrated AI power management balances performance and battery efficiency for extended creative sessions.
The 13.3-inch 3K ASUS Lumina OLED touchscreen delivers professional-level color accuracy, deep contrast, and a 16:10 aspect ratio ideal for timeline editing and grading. Paired with the ASUS Pen 3.0 and ASUS DialPad, creators can control exposure, brush sizes, and editing timelines with precision. Factory-calibrated color ensures consistent visuals across environments, reinforcing PX13’s suitability for professional post-production workflows.
