Starbucks Welcomes Spring with Singapore-Exclusive Hojicha Drinks and Charming New Collections

Spring has officially arrived at Starbucks, bringing with it a refreshing lineup of Singapore-exclusive hojicha creations, blossom-inspired beverages, and limited-edition merchandise collections that celebrate the season of renewal.

This year’s spring menu spotlights light, refreshing flavors layered with playful textures, inviting customers to pause, sip, and savor the beauty of the season.

Singapore-Exclusive Hojicha Creations Take Center Stage

Building on the popularity of the viral Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, Starbucks introduces a seasonal twist with new hojicha beverages crafted exclusively for Singapore.

The Iced Strawberry Hojicha Latte (Tall: $8.20) layers sweet, chunky strawberry over smooth low-fat milk, topped with a delicate hojicha-flavored cold foam. The result is a crisp yet creamy balance of fruity brightness and toasty roasted tea notes.

For a lighter alternative, the Iced Coconut Hojicha (Tall: $5.90) blends fragrant hojicha with naturally sweet coconut water, finished with hojicha foam. The tropical-meets-roasted tea combination offers a refreshing pick-me-up for any time of day.

Blossom-Inspired Pink Creations

Adding a burst of pastel cheer to the lineup are two strawberry-forward beverages inspired by spring blooms:

  • Strawberry Crunch Cream Frappuccino Blended Beverage with Jelly (Tall: $8.50) — a creamy strawberry blend layered with sakura-flavored jelly, topped with whipped cream and crunchy macaron pieces.
  • Iced Strawberry Crunch Pure Matcha Latte with Jelly (Tall: $8.20) — a vibrant mix of velvety matcha, strawberry sweetness, sakura jelly, airy strawberry cream foam, and pink macaron toppings.

These drinks combine floral accents, fruity brightness, and contrasting textures for a sip that feels like spring unfolding in every layer.

The beverages are now available in stores, via the Starbucks app for Mobile Order & Pay and Starbucks Delivers, as well as on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo (with limited platform availability dates for select items).

Cozy Corgi Dreams: Cherry Blossom-Inspired Merchandise

Beyond beverages, Starbucks introduces the Cozy Corgi Dreams collection, a whimsical cherry blossom-themed series featuring soft pastel pink and green tones.

Highlights include:

  • A floral glass cold cup
  • A corgi-shaped mug
  • A Bearista plush dressed in a corgi outfit
  • The Cherry Blossom Corgi Card (available from 2 March)

Designed to evoke peaceful spring afternoons beneath blooming branches, the collection is available in stores, on the Starbucks Online Store, LazMall, and ShopeeMall.

A Peranakan-Inspired Celebration of Heritage

Starbucks also unveils its Peranakan Collection, drawing inspiration from the intricate tile motifs and artistry of Peranakan culture.

The mini-series features:

  • A ceramic mug adorned with Peranakan tile-inspired patterns
  • A Bearista keychain dressed in traditional Peranakan attire

The collection launches from 25 February in stores (excluding selected outlets for the keychain) and online via Starbucks’ official platforms.

Spring Coffees, Tea and Cake

Completing the seasonal experience is the Starbucks Spring Season Blend 2026, featuring soft notes of honeybush and cocoa. The blend brings together beans from Papua New Guinea, Java, Brazil, and Latin America for a smooth, balanced cup. It is also available in Origami format.

Coffee enthusiasts can also look forward to the return of Single-Origin Aged Sumatra, known for its rich spiced vanilla bean and oak notes developed through years of aging.

For tea lovers, Starbucks VIA Tea Essence Hojicha makes a comeback, offering roasted tea aroma with gentle sweetness in a convenient format.

Pair these beverages with the new Strawberry Pistachio Praline Cake, which combines nutty pistachio sponge, bright strawberry tartness, and subtle praline crunch.

Starbucks Rewards Afternoon Treat

From 24 to 26 February, Starbucks Rewards members can enjoy a limited-time promotion: 50% off any two Venti drinks between 2PM and 8PM (in-store only, excluding Matcha beverages and Starbucks Reserve drinks).

Three vouchers will be credited to members’ accounts, offering the perfect excuse for an afternoon catch-up or well-deserved treat.
