Silver Hill Duck and Yi Qian London Duck Launch ‘Roast Duck To-Go’ at Changi Airport Terminal 1

Travellers passing through Changi Airport can now bring home a premium culinary souvenir, as Silver Hill Duck and Yi Qian London Duck unveil their new “Roast Duck To-Go” concept at Terminal 1.

Officially launched in October 2025, the outlet marks the culmination of a three-year collaboration between Silver Hill Duck, a fully integrated premium Irish duck producer, and Yi Qian London Duck, the well-known Teochew-Cantonese restaurant group. Located within the Departure/Transit Lounge East at Terminal 1, the new stall is Yi Qian’s first airport outlet and the first concept dedicated to authentic Irish roast duck in a convenient takeaway format.

A Showcase of Premium Irish Duck

At the heart of the offering is Silver Hill Duck, prized for its naturally high fat content that delivers exceptional flavour and tenderness when roasted. Each duck is prepared using Yi Qian’s signature roasting techniques before being vacuum-sealed with proprietary technology. This process locks in freshness and flavour, allowing travellers to carry the roast duck overseas while preserving its quality.

The concept positions the roast duck as a luxury takeaway and edible souvenir from Singapore, catering to international visitors and transit passengers looking for a premium local delicacy to share.

Backed by Culinary Expertise

Yi Qian London Duck builds on the strong reputation of Yi Qian Private Dining and is helmed by Chef Kong Ming, a seasoned culinary expert from Hong Kong. Chef Kong honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Lei Garden and Crystal Jade Golden Palace, bringing decades of experience in Cantonese cuisine to the brand.
