The Ultraman Card Game is kicking off 2026 with a major new expansion following the dramatic finale of the Ultraman Omega television series. Ultraman Max Joins the Battlefield

One of the most anticipated highlights of BP06 is the introduction of Ultraman Max, marking the 20th anniversary of his original series. Known as the “strongest and fastest” Ultra Hero, Ultraman Max joins an impressive roster that includes Dyna, Orb, Geed, Decker, Omega, Z and Blazar, further expanding strategic possibilities for players.

Each box of BP06 contains 24 booster packs, along with a special Box Topper card featuring Gavadon (A), the Two Dimensional Monster. A classic Kaiju from the original Ultraman series, Gavadon (A) most recently appeared in Ultraman Blazar, making it a nostalgic bonus for long-time fans.

New Gameplay Mechanics and Villain Support

BP06 introduces the all-new “Charge” effect, a gameplay mechanic designed to represent the synergy between Ultramen and their mechanical allies. This effect enables powerful combinations, particularly between Ultraman Blazar and Earth Garon, adding a new layer of tactical depth to matches.

Villain-focused players also have reason to celebrate with the return of Ultraman Belial. The expansion delivers substantial support for Kaiju-centric decks, finally providing enough specialised cards for players to build a dedicated Ultraman Belial deck aimed at dominating the battlefield.

Rare Cards and Limited Collectibles

The new set also marks the debut of the first-ever Level 2 Triple Rare (RRR) cards, including standout entries such as Ultraman Geed Wrecking Burst, which feature enhanced power and striking artwork.

Among the most sought-after cards in BP06 is the limited-edition Ultraman Omega (SP) card, autographed by Shori Kondo and Haruto Yoshida, who portray Sorato Okida and Kosei Hoshimi in the Ultraman Omega series. Unveiled on 17 January, the same day the series finale aired, the card features special artwork depicting Ultraman Omega, formed through the fusion of Sorato and Kosei, unleashing his iconic finishing move, the Reticulute Beam.

Limited to just 100 copies worldwide, these autographed cards will be randomly inserted into BP06 booster packs, making each pack opening an exciting moment for collectors. The card serves as a lasting tribute to the series’ climactic conclusion and is poised to become a centrepiece collectible for Ultraman Card Game enthusiasts.

New Official Accessories
