Coach Expands Lifestyle Experience with New Coach Coffee Shop at Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA

Coach has unveiled its newest Coach Coffee Shop at Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA in Sepang, marking the brand’s fourth coffee shop location in Malaysia and reinforcing its continued global expansion into the food and beverage space.

Located adjacent to the Coach retail store and connected via a convenient pass-through, the new Coach Coffee Shop offers shoppers and travellers a relaxed spot to enjoy coffee and casual dining. The space is designed with thoughtful details inspired by the brand’s heritage, reflecting Coach’s vision of Expressive Luxury, where quality, creativity and self-expression come together in an accessible, welcoming environment.

As part of Coach’s growing network of coffee shops across North America and Asia, the Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA opening highlights how the brand is extending its lifestyle concept beyond fashion. By creating experiential spaces that blend food, design and retail, Coach continues to connect with a new generation of consumers seeking both comfort and creativity.

Classic Comforts with a Playful Twist

Drawing inspiration from classic Americana with a modern edge, the all-day menu features a range of Coach Coffee Shop favourites prepared in-house. Guests can enjoy familiar comfort foods such as Beef Hotdogs, Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Maple-glazed Crullers and Cinnamon Rolls.

Coffee is at the heart of the experience, with specialty beverages served alongside Coach’s signature “C” ice cubes. Chocolate-based drinks are accompanied by playful C-shaped chocolates designed to be stirred in, small but distinctive touches that reflect the brand’s signature spirit of play.

Locally Inspired Soft Serves

One of the standout features of the Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA outlet is its rotating selection of signature soft serves, offering nostalgic yet unexpected flavours such as Apple Pie, Red Velvet, and Peaches & Cream. Exclusive to this location is the Nasi Lemak soft serve, a locally inspired creation that reimagines Malaysia’s national dish through Coach’s whimsical and creative lens.
