New Balance Singapore is starting the new year on the move with a week-long 1080v15 running community pop-up at Suntec City Atrium (Convention Centre). Running from Tuesday, 13 January to Sunday, 18 January 2026, the activation invites runners of all levels to come together through movement, shared mileage and goal-setting, while marking the launch of the brand’s latest flagship running shoe: the New Balance 1080v15.
At the heart of the pop-up is a Mileage Tracker and Live Leaderboard, designed to motivate consistency throughout January. Runners can submit their tracked mileage via Strava, with a real-time display showcasing top mileage runners and sparking friendly competition within the community. To participate, runners simply need to follow the New Balance Singapore Run Club on Strava.
Unlike a typical retail showcase, the pop-up allows runners to loan and trial the 1080v15 for an actual run, experiencing the shoe’s comfort, fit and responsiveness in real-world conditions. Runners can walk in during operating hours, register on-site and borrow a pair on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
The pop-up operates from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and 7am to 10pm on weekends. To ensure a smoother experience, visitors are encouraged to avoid peak periods during scheduled run club sessions:
In the spirit of new beginnings, the pop-up also features a Mirror Photo Moment, where runners can capture their personal “Run Your Way” reflection and write down their running goals for 2026. With every purchase of the 1080v15, customers will receive a New Balance running journal (while stocks last). Participants who complete the photo experience also stand a chance to receive a limited-edition New Balance sticker pack, perfect for personalising the journal.
The 1080 franchise is New Balance’s flagship everyday running shoe, known for its balance of cushioning, versatility and comfort. The 1080v15 builds on this legacy with an updated midsole formulation engineered for long-term performance and durability across daily runs.
Key features include:
The New Balance 1080v15 retails at S$259 and will be available from 15 January 2026 on New Balance website and selected New Balance stores islandwide, including Jewel Changi, Suntec City, Paragon, Novena Square, ION Orchard and VivoCity.
