Watsons Unveils Flagship Beauty & Wellness Destination at Bugis Junction as It Reamps Stores Across Singapore

Watsons Singapore has launched its new leading Beauty & Wellness destination at Bugis Junction, a significant part of its nationwide retail transformation aimed to better serve Singaporeans four our health, beauty, and wellness needs.

More than a simple store revamp, the opening signals a new era of retail for the brand, introducing a vibrant concept with curated product ranges across trending beauty categories, wellness essentials, and at-home aesthetic solutions.

Designed around consumer insights, the new Bugis Junction store captures the energy of its youthful and trend-driven community, bursting with neon colours and signages.

Spanning over 3,700 square feet, the outlet seeks to turn retail into a playful journey of discovery. It features immersive zones like the BeautyVerse, Beauty Is You, and Aesthetic Beauty areas, alongside a GNC store-within-store concept and sustainability initiatives.

A key highlight is the integration of Singapore’s first retail pharmacy eConsultation service, allowing customers to connect with a certified pharmacist for free advice without leaving the store.

This Bugis launch is a flagship example of Watsons’ broader strategy to tailor each store to the unique needs of its neighbourhood.

The transformation extends across the island, with other outlets also receiving community-specific upgrades. The Watsons Health Store at Paragon, situated near health centres, offers specialised zones like a Gut Health Bay and a dedicated Pharmacy Suite, reinforcing its status as a trusted wellness destination with services like flu vaccinations.

Meanwhile, the store in Punggol Coast, an area known for its young families, focuses on everyday wellness essentials and introduces Watsons’ first full self-checkout concept for greater convenience. The outlet at Raffles Place Station caters to busy professionals with quick, grab-and-go shopping options.
