Fairmont Singapore Makes Christmas Feasting Effortless with 2025 ‘Christmas at Home’ Collection, Including an Authentic Italian Home Feast by Prego

Last week at a media dinner hosted by Fairmont Singapore my son Asher and I were treated to an evening of joyful drumming, cheerful holiday decor and excellent food, setting the tone for the upcoming festive season. The dinner served as the first look at the hotel’s Christmas At Home collection for 2025.

Designed to make at-home celebrations warm, generous, and effortless, the collection runs from now until December 25, 2025.

It brings together traditional roasts, hearty sharing bundles, Italian classics from Prego, and a polished selection of artisanal desserts and confectionery for gifting.

The collection features three curated bundles tailored for different gathering sizes, which can be viewed in full here.

For a complete, ready-to-serve celebration, the Soirée Christmas Bundle ($248, serves 5) offers familiar favourites. Highlights include Wood-Fire Roasted Poulet with Rosemary Jus, Cranberry and Orange Honey Glazed Ham, and comforting sides like Charred Truffle Brussels Sprouts. Desserts in this bundle feature a Traditional Brandy Rum Fruit Cake and Red Currant Cream Cheesecake.

Christmas roasts

If you are looking for a taste of Italy, the Natale con Prego bundle ($358, serves 5) is designed by Prego Head Chef Davide Bizzarri to evoke authentic Italian hospitality. This feast includes unique dishes such as Air-Flown Puglia’s Burrata Cheese “Artigiana”, Charred Fremantle Octopus Leg, and the Prego Style Oven Baked “Lasagna” with Mediterranean Seafood Ragout. It is rounded off with Roasted Cranberry Orange Ham, Red Wine Slow-Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks, and two signature Prego desserts.

The charred octopus leg, burrata cheese and slow-braised wagyu beef cheeks were the clear favourites for us that night and we would highly recommend Pergo’s Italian feast for something different, yet elevated and delicious.

For larger festive spreads, the Traditional Christmas Bundle ($688, serves 6–8) presents a generous feast. The star of the show is the Slow-Roasted Tom Turkey with Bacon Chestnut Stuffing, Madeira Sauce and Cranberry Chutney, alongside Cranberry and Orange Honey Glazed Ham and Barramundi Fillet En Papillote. Sides are indulgent, including Pink Potato Salad with Chive, Quail Egg and Bacon, and a Veal Sausage Casserole. This bundle concludes with a Grand Cru Chocolate Yule Log and a classic Christmas Stollen.

Beyond the bundles, you can also curate your own spread from an extensive a la carte selection, which includes signatures like Slow-Roasted Tom Turkey, Foie Gras Turkey Roulade, and Roasted Wagyu Striploin with Rosemary Gravy.

No Christmas is complete without dessert, and the offerings crafted by Fairmont Singapore’s award-winning pastry team are perfect for both personal indulgence and gifting. Bestsellers like the Grand Cru Chocolate Yule Log are joined by elegant treats such as the “Mont Blanc” with Chestnut Crémeux and Vanilla Tahitensis Rum, and the Swiss Chocolate Moelleux with Pistachio Praline Crunch. There is also a festive confectionery collection featuring beautifully packaged treats, including Festive Macarons and the Christmas Kunafa Pistachio Almond Praline.
