Each consultation comes with personalised recommendations, full price transparency, and the option to order suggested products online for doorstep delivery.

The service provides professional advice for a range of non-emergency health concerns, including:

• Cough, cold, fever, and pain relief
• Digestive issues such as diarrhoea, constipation, or vomiting
• Mouth and throat conditions like sore throat and cold sores
• Eye irritations such as allergic conjunctivitis and dry eyes
• Skin and hair concerns including eczema, allergies, and hair loss

2. Register and join the consultation queue.

Each session typically lasts around 15 minutes, and customers purchasing pharmacy-only medications will need to present a valid photo ID.
