Over at InterContinental Singapore, the theme is “A Season of Golden Grandeur.” The hotel’s signature Festive Big Buffet makes a grand return, now spanning three sessions on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at LUCE, The Lobby Lounge, and Man Fu Yuan. The feast boasts over 200 dishes, from Lobster and Foie Gras Sando and Classic Beef Wellington to Peking Irish Duck.
