The vibrant tastes and traditions of Spain are back in Singapore as Eat Spain, Drink Spain (ESDS) 2025 brings more than 20 culinary experiences and promotions across the island until 15 October 2025. From exclusive wine dinners and olive oil workshops to Spanish food fairs, brunches, and tapas pairings, the campaign invites food lovers to indulge in the best of Spanish produce and gastronomy.
With over 15 certified Spanish restaurants and nine Spanish food partners participating, ESDS 2025 promises a feast of flavours that highlight Spain’s rich culinary culture.
Dive into Spain’s “liquid gold” at a hands-on workshop ($35 per person) hosted by Little Farms and olive oil brand Vianoleo. Guests will learn how to pair Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the brand’s iO Youth range, taste premium olive varieties such as Arbequina and Manzanilla Cacereña, and pick up easy recipes. Each ticket includes a goodie bag and a Little Farms breakfast set.
Little Farms Bar + Grill sets the stage for a Spanish dinner showcase (3–4 October), with classics like Pan Con Tomate, Octopus Carpaccio, Paella Valenciana, and signature churros, paired with bold Spanish wines. On 4 October, the celebration continues with a lively Spanish Food & Wine Fair at Little Farms Market, featuring authentic delicacies and vinos to savour with friends and family.
As one of the finale events, Olivia transforms into a Catalan dining haven ($98++ per pax). Guests can feast on jamón carved at the table, seafood stews, roasted suckling pig, live cooking stations, and a trio of decadent desserts. Free-flow packages include Spanish wines, cava, sangria, and Aperol Spritz ($118++ per pax).
The campaign opened earlier this month with standout events including a Spanish wine-paired dinner at The St. Regis Singapore (12 September), a sold-out Galician Day at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy (13 September) led by Michelin-starred Chef Miguel F. Vidal, and Noche de Jamón at Nómada (19 September), showcasing rare 100% acorn-fed Ibérico ham from FISAN.
On 22 September, ESDS 2025 also hosted Spain On The Menu, a trade event at Pura Brasa that connected Spanish producers with local hospitality and retail professionals, complete with a professional olive oil tasting session.
