Reception at Vibe@6
The NTU Alumni Club (NTUAC) has unveiled Vibe@6, Singapore’s first-ever university alumni clubhouse in the heart of Orchard. Officially opened on 20 September 2025 at The Cathay, Handy Road, the milestone coincides with NTUAC’s 40th anniversary celebrations and signals a bold new chapter in alumni engagement.
Guest-of-Honour Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Social and Family Development & Law, and an NTU alumnus, officiated the launch.
Located on the sixth floor, Vibe@6 embodies the Club’s vision of a lively and inclusive hub for graduates worldwide. Designed as more than a social space, the clubhouse offers networking, co-working, and mentorship opportunities that bridge generations supporting young alumni with growth and innovation while enabling senior alumni to give back through guidance and shared experience.
Since its founding in 1986 by NTU’s pioneer graduates, NTUAC has evolved from its first home at the old NIE campus in Bukit Timah to a prominent new base in the city. The 40th anniversary reflects both a celebration of the past and a renewal of its mission to unite alumni, foster professional growth, and strengthen the NTU family spirit.
Vibe@6 is set to be a launchpad for new initiatives, beginning with thought leader seminars and cross-disciplinary exchanges. The Club also plans to build platforms for industry collaborations, community partnerships, and mentorship programmes, ensuring that NTU alumni remain engaged and future-ready.
