Mirrors & Portals is not an exhibition of paintings to be looked at, but mirrors to be looked into.

Singapore artist Ellis Liu creates portals that remind the viewer of the infinite soul, the countless alternate realities in which they already exist.

Sacred geometry and archetypes flow through her work: the Flower of Life, the Seed of Life, the Merkaba, Metatron’s Cube. Egyptian deities and goddesses such as Hathor and Cleopatra, together with the Eye of Horus, appear as protectors of love, sovereignty, and intuition.

The butterfly, ouroboros, wolf, and swallow arrive as messengers of cycles, instinct, and freedom. These symbols act as spirit guides that walk alongside us, pointing toward remembrance of who we are and who we might yet become.

Behind each painting lies an intention: to offer the viewer a moment of oneness, a sense of connection to something larger, and the reminder of their own sovereignty. The works are invitations to step into experiences of love, awe, joy, abundance, and peace, the quiet but powerful states that shape our lives.
