Spain’s bold flavours and rich culinary heritage are making a comeback in Singapore this year as Eat Spain, Drink Spain (ESDS) returns for its third edition. Running from 1 September to 15 October 2025, the campaign promises more than 10 curated gastronomic events across the city, alongside showcases from 11 Spanish food partners and over 15 certified Spanish restaurants.
Jointly organised by Spain Trade and Investment (ICEX) and the Spanish Agricultural Ministry (MAPA) through the Embassy of Spain in Singapore, this year’s ESDS builds on the overwhelming success of its 2024 edition, offering a bigger, bolder celebration of Spanish food, drink, and culture.
Food lovers can look forward to an exciting line-up of wine dinners, tastings, cooking shows, culinary demonstrations, and brand activations with leading Spanish and local partners. Campaign updates will be featured on ESDS’s official LinkedIn as well as through media partners such as FEVER’s Secret Singapore, where all events will be plotted on an interactive campaign map.
The 2025 edition highlights premium Spanish products ranging from olive oils and cold cuts to cava, wines, and gourmet groceries. Two Singapore grocers, Ecolah and Isle Grocer & Co, have even earned the prestigious Colmados from Spain (CFS) certification, marking them as trusted sources of authentic Spanish produce.
This year, 15 Spanish restaurants in Singapore have been awarded the Restaurants from Spain (RFS) certification, a global recognition of authenticity and culinary excellence. Among them are Olivia, Esquina, Kulto, Pura Brasa, My Little Spanish Place, Cendra, Barrio, Carlitos, Next Door Spanish Café, Una, Asador, Tapas 24, Binomio, and FOC.
The campaign launches with two spotlight experiences:
