During a recent visit, the ability to enjoy multiple plates was what defined the experience. It’s a simple and delicious process: order, devour, and repeat. The steaks arrive cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a gorgeous crust for us, though you can specify your preference.

Between my son and I, we finished 3 servings of 200g Ribeye, 1 servings of 200g Sirloin and 1 serving of Australian Wagyu, addding up to a whole kilogram of premium meat. The value becomes clear when you consider the quality and quantity. Enjoying a kilogram of expertly grilled steak, including premium Wagyu, alongside free-flow sides makes the final bill feel surprisingly justified for the quality on offer.

Speaking of sides, these are available at top-up of per item. There are just two sides available, but the free-flow Provencal Fries with garlic and parsley are the perfect salty, crispy companion, while the Mixed Greens salad with balsamic dressing provides a essential fresh, acidic contrast to cut through the richness of all that meat.

The only essential advice to enjoy this buffet is to come with a hungry appetite and leave incredibly happy. My son and I went for a 5km jog without breakfast in the morning before heading down to Bochinche to ensure we are hungry like wolves, making the hearty, meaty meal all the more enjoyable.
