Paying tribute to Singapore’s beloved laksa, this exclusive filling features tender, pan-seared barramundi fillets smothered in a rich, homemade laksa sauce made with a fragrant blend of dried shrimp, candlenut, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, and fresh laksa leaves. The real star? A luscious coconut milk base sourced from The Coconut Club’s premium cold-pressed ‘White Sutera’ blend, made from Kampong and Mawa coconuts for a velvety finish that adds depth and indulgence.

This limited-time dish is a celebration of Singaporean heritage—reimagined GYG-style.
